Meet MyaMya is a 3-year-old pittie who is just now getting the chance to learn what it means to simply be a dog.She spent most of her life living outdoors and came to us after being found at an abandoned home in pretty rough conditions. Despite everything sheâs been through, Mya is incredibly sweet, gentle, and calm. She can be a little shy when she first meets you, but give her a little time and youâll quickly see what a love bug she really is.Mya is a pretty low-key girl who isnât asking for much â a comfy bed, some kindness, good snacks, and someone willing to show her the ropes. Sheâs learning basic commands and how to walk nicely on a leash, and because she is very food motivated, sheâs proving to be a pretty willing student.There are still a lot of normal âdog thingsâ that are new to Mya, and itâs honestly pretty special watching her figure them out.
