This puppy is available FOSTER-TO-ADOPT only as he has not yet been neutered. Puppy Adoption Requirement: Because this puppy is currently too young/small to be altered, 50% of the adoption fee is due at the time of placement. Once the puppy reaches the appropriate age and weight, the adopter is required to present the puppy to our designated veterinarian for spay/neuter surgery. The remaining 50% of the adoption fee must be paid in full before the puppy is picked up following surgery. Completion of the scheduled spay/neuter is a condition of the adoption. Meet Biscuit!
