Surrendered as a stray to a veterinary hospital. They reached out to us. We agreed to help her. Not much is known about her yet! Tootsie is a happy playful puppy who loves other dogs, kids, toys and is good with kitties. She loves to sleep in the bed with you and will present her belly for bedtime loves.
