About Zara
Zara came to the shelter from the city pound on 9/7/2026, after spending over 4 weeks there and more than fulfilling her legal stray hold. She is a pretty, muscular pit bull type dog who appears to be 2 to 3 years old. She is very nice and seems to be well mannered. She will be vet checked and spayed on Sept. 30th and her fee is $150. Zara is loving and affectionate but can be a little unsure of herself. She does seem to have had some basic training. We think she could be okay with a well mannered male dog but have no way of knowing about cats. Older kids would be best for her. She will need regular exercise. She would make a lovely companion!
