About Lainey *Petite Princess*
Lainey is a petite, young, pit bull mix, weighing around 35lbs. Lainey was transferred to CCRC after living outside on a chain, malnourished, with fly strike to her ears and back as well as exposed bone on her tail. She has since had her tail amputated and it has healed up fabulous. Her ears and back have scabbed over and hair is regrowing and she has gained some healthy weight. Lainey is slowly learning that life doesn’t have to be so terrible. Lainey would do best with a patient owner who is willing to show her how great life can be. Lainey loves her people and is a total cuddle pup once she feels safe. She also would do best in a home where she is not left alone for long periods of time. She’s a homebody and likes to be there with her people. Lainey does best with slow introductions for humans and other dogs. She would need to meet other dogs in the home prior to adoption. Lainey…
