About VERNOR
Vernor A186776 38 lb. neutered male, approx 1 year old -This young guy is a sensitive soul who needs a little time to feel comfortable, but once he does, there’s a really sweet and playful personality waiting to come out. He walked nicely overall, although doorways were a little intimidating at first. -Outside, he was clearly taking everything in and needed some reassurance, but what stood out most was that even while he was unsure, he kept choosing to come back to me for pets and attention. That tells me he really does want to connect with his person. -He wasn’t quite sure what to do with treats at first. He would happily lick them, but couldn’t quite bring himself to take them from my hand. When I dropped them for him, he would play with them instead. Little by little, though, his curiosity started winning out. I tried a playful bow and a little floor-slapping invitation, and…
