He came to the shelter alongside three other dogs, all surrendered from the same home, and is now looking for a place where he can truly settle in and shine. With his soft, tousled fur and soulful eyes, Toulouse has an irresistibly endearing look. He can be a bit unsure at first as he adjusts to new surroundings, which is completely understandable given the changes in his life.
