About HARPER
Harper A186764 27 lb. spayed female, approx 2 years old -She walks slow and steady, taking her time to explore and take in her surroundings. She started out very timid, but with a little patience and encouragement, she began to discover her confidence. When I got down low to her level, she slowly army-crawled over, pawed at me, and let me know she was ready to start connecting. -Once we moved inside to a quieter space, she really began to blossom. Her tail relaxed, she explored the room, and she started approaching me for pets. She was still a little unsure, but every moment brought more progress. What really helped her come out of her shell was showing off how smart she is! She knows sit, paw, lay down, and “up,” and she takes treats so gently. -After showing off her impressive skills, she seemed to realize she could relax and enjoy herself. She plopped down beside me for belly rubs…
