Hi, I’m Milky Way. I’m a senior boy, and I’ve been through a pretty big change in my life. I came to rescue with my sister, Rosette, after our beloved owner passed away. Losing the person we loved was hard, and I’ll admit that I’m a little shy and nervous when meeting new people. When I’m scared, my first instinct is to get away rather than face something that worries me. Please be patient with me and let me come out of my shell at my own pace. Once I realize you’re someone I can trust, you’ll get to see the affectionate boy hiding underneath that nervous exterior. I love attention, cuddles, and climbing into your lap to be close to my person. And apparently, I’m pretty adorable when I’m dressed up in cute outfits, too! I’m also good with other dogs and have a gentle, easygoing personality. I’d love a quiet, peaceful home where I can relax and feel secure. Older, considerate children…
