About Sokka/Odin
Sokka came to our rescue when he was taken to the shelter after being found left in an apartment alone for 10 days. In spite of that he was incredibly sweet, loved everyone he met and was happy to play with some doggy friends in his foster home. When his foster family had additional family with their own dogs moving into their home, it was time for Sokka to find a new foster home. His new foster mom quickly fell for him and there was talk of foster failing. Things changed for Sokka, who had been renamed Owen, when he protected his mom from a dog attack, he took his job seriously and kept her safe but by doing so it affected him, mentally, and he hasn't been the same boy since. Owen's foster mom now feels he'd do better in a different home so we are now looking for a very special place for him. The boy who used to love doggy friends now seems to be very scared and unsure.
